We would like to take a moment of yours to inform you about our Exchange/Return Policies

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


NO REFUND
At Aleet, we do not offer Return/Exchange/Refund options except in the cases of damaged goods or wrong item recieved.

In case of Wrong or Damaged Items recieved, please adhere to the following points:


-Unboxing Video is a must. No request will be entertained without this.

-Return Request can only be considered if the customer sends the video within 2 days after receiving the parcel. 

-The customer will have to bear the charges for the Return Shipment process.


-The customer must ship the product to us within 3 days. After this period, the return request will get cancelled.
-Exchange will be initiated after we receive the defective items back and
verify the product.

NO CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aleet, we do not accept cancelled orders. Once an order is placed the payment is done, it can't be reversed or cancelled.

PLEASE PROVIDE CORRECT
SHIPMENT DETAILS (Contact No Address). WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO WRONG ADDRESSES.
